Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. The time we reserve is dedicated specifically to you and your furry friend. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we are happy to help. However, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

This notice allows our team the opportunity to offer your reserved spot to another client who may be on our waiting list.

Our Policy:

  • Cancellations with 24+ Hours' Notice: No charge. We appreciate you letting us know in a timely manner! You can cancel or reschedule by calling the salon directly.

  • Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • "No-Show" Appointments: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior communication, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals:

Please aim to arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not have enough time to complete the grooming service. We may need to reschedule your appointment, which will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and the $50 fee will apply.

A valid credit card is required to be kept on file to reserve all appointments. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
